01 / The brief

An ambitious mission. A clear digital story.

Allied Talent Partners connects experienced professionals with fixed-term opportunities in energy access and sustainable development across Africa. Its digital presence needs to work for two audiences: organizations looking for expertise and professionals looking for meaningful work.

Our work brings the public website, evidence-led storytelling and future product design into a connected experience. The aim is practical: make the proposition easier to understand, help people find their next step and give the team a foundation it can keep using.

  • Distinct journeys for organizations and talent
  • A recognizable visual language across the experience
  • Long-form research that works beyond a static PDF
  • Reusable components and a structured design handover
02 / The website

Two audiences. One coherent experience.

The website introduces ATP through its mission, then gives organizations and talent their own paths. Clear calls to action connect visitors to submitting a project need, joining the talent pool and exploring available opportunities.

Deep teal, energy green, generous typography and relevant photography create continuity between the homepage, audience pages and report experience. The structure connects the brand story with the practical actions visitors came to take.

03 / The publishing system

From a report to a reading experience.

ATP’s inaugural insights report needed room for narrative, detailed exhibits, reference tables and a clear reading journey. We developed a dedicated editorial system for WordPress and Elementor, with reusable widgets and templates that staff can assemble and edit through familiar controls.

The published report combines a photographic opening, chapter navigation, a reading toolbar and structured sections. Readers can move directly to the subject that interests them, explore the evidence and return to the wider story without losing their place.

  • 28 reusable editorial widgets in the delivered component library
  • Report templates and a dedicated Insights Reports content type
  • Chapter navigation, sharing and report-download interfaces
  • Responsive, print and reduced-motion treatments
04 / The evidence

Make the data explorable. Keep it readable.

We translated the report’s visual language into reusable chart and reference components: stacked columns, horizontal bars, share bars, heat matrices, maps and tables. These components keep exhibits visually consistent while allowing editors to change their content.

Data disclosures provide a text-and-table route into the figures. Legends, labels, sources and explanatory notes remain part of the reading experience, supporting people who want to inspect the detail as well as those scanning the headline findings.

05 / Behind the experience

Useful for readers. Manageable for the team.

The editorial build extends beyond page styling. It includes configurable report actions, a PDF-download workflow with a HubSpot connection, and controls for summary content and reader questions. The delivery keeps content editing separate from the code that maintains the visual system.

Alongside the public website work, we prepared the ATP Talent Portal’s desktop and mobile designs, a component-and-token system and a development brief. This was a design handover for future implementation; the public screenshots here document the website and report.

  • Editable report content and reusable layout components
  • Download and lead-capture integration in the delivered plugin
  • Desktop and mobile portal design specifications
  • Components, design tokens and a development handover
06 / The outcome

A foundation built to keep moving.

ATP has a public digital experience that connects its purpose, audience journeys and research. The published report demonstrates the editorial system in use, while the reusable library gives future publications a consistent starting point.

The work spans what people see and what the team needs to maintain it: website experiences, structured publishing, interactive evidence and a documented product-design foundation. Different deliverables, working in the same direction.
